What is LOJIQ?
LOJIQ – Les Offices jeunesse internationaux du Québec is a government board representing international youth mobility organizations. LOJIQ’s mission is to promote the personal and professional development of young adults aged 18 to 35 by helping them carry out a project involving mobility in Québec, Canada or abroad.
Do you qualify?
- You are between 18 and 35 years old
- You are a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada* or you have a Quebec Selection Certificate (CSQ)* and a valid work permit
- You have a valid Quebec Health Insurance Card (RAMQ)
- You live in Quebec
* Certain conditions apply
Career Development
The Career Development Program helps young professionals aged 18 to 35 from all industries to acquire new skills. LOJIQ provides support and financial assistance to help participants carry out projects involving mobility in Québec, Canada or abroad.

Civic Engagement
The Civic Engagement Program promotes the social involvement of young adults aged 18 to 35 who are already involved in a civic project or who aspire to do so. LOJIQ provides support and financial assistance to help participants carry out projects involving mobility in Québec, Canada or abroad.

Youth Initiative for the Fight Against Climate Change
The Youth Initiative for the Fight Against Climate Change is designed for young adults aged 18 to 35 from Québec and French-speaking countries considered most vulnerable to climate change and covered by the initiative. LOJIQ provides support and financial assistance to help participants carry out climate-related projects involving mobility in Québec or abroad.
The initiative is designed primarily for French-speaking countries in sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa and the Caribbean.
